1. Automatic Deletion
All audio recordings and transcripts are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of creation.
No permanent storage of sensitive communications is maintained, reducing the risk of inadvertent disclosure.
2. No AI Training Use
User data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence models.
All processing is isolated, temporary, and limited strictly to providing the requested service.
3. Zero Data Retention
LexClerk AI does not retain long-term copies of user data.
Because data is not stored, it cannot be produced, disclosed, or accessed beyond the defined processing window.
4. Secure Processing
All data is transmitted using encrypted connections and processed in isolated environments.
